Intellectual property
All elements making up the keynoter.app site — structure, text, logos, generated videos, source code — are the exclusive property of Keynoter SAS or are subject to a usage authorization. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or full or partial adaptation is prohibited without prior written authorization.
Videos generated by the user remain the property of their author, within the limits of the conditions imposed by the artificial intelligence models used and the licences of their providers.
Personal data
Keynoter collects only the data strictly necessary for the operation of the service: GitHub email address, OAuth token (for repository access), selfie and voice sample (for avatar and voice generation). Voice recordings and photos are kept for as long as your account is active and deleted on request.
In accordance with the GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, and portability. Any request should be sent to contact@keynoter.ai.
Cookies
Keynoter uses only strictly necessary functional cookies (authentication session, display preference). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set.
Applicable law
This notice is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to its interpretation or execution falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
